Scratch and Quick Capture
Press ⌘G in any app to capture a thought without breaking focus.
Quick Scratch
⌘G is a global hotkey. A small Scratch panel appears over whatever you are doing — Safari, Mail, Slack — you type, send, and get back to work. The shortcut is yours to change in Settings.
The Inbox
Captured thoughts land in the Scratch Inbox. Organize one into the library, focus it for Today, or discard it later. Scratch stays separate from durable knowledge on purpose.
Promote later
When a scratch note grows into something real, promote it into a Space, Collection or Stack with a couple of clicks. Nothing is retyped.
